Uranus in the 12th House

How Uranus works in the 12th house

You subconsciously want to stand out from the crowd, and you may grow into quite an unusual person as you get older. You sometimes struggle to see yourself as others do, so you don't always notice how eccentric your behavior can be.

Uranus gives you strong intuition and psychic abilities. You have a close connection to the world of dreams, where you can find new ideas, guidance, or visions of the future. All of this comes encoded in images and symbols, so you'll have to decipher these gifts from your subconscious. Sometimes mystical events occur that can change your life forever.

You probably have trouble communicating: you understand other people well but can't seem to connect with them. At times, you feel that something is wrong with this world and that nothing can be done to change it. This plunges you into melancholy.

If you have unusual interests or hobbies, you should keep them secret, even if there's no point in doing so.

What the 12th house governs

The 12th house in your birth chart concerns everything buried deep within you, beneath the surface: your subconscious and your secrets. It represents your deepest feelings and hopes, insecurities and fears, secrets and painful stories from the past that you want to forget. The twelfth house describes everything hidden inside you that others—and sometimes you yourself—can only guess at. It also reveals your strengths and weaknesses, looking beyond the obvious to your hidden potential.
