The fixed modality
The fixed signs, Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius, stand in the middle of each season, at its most settled point. Planets here receive endurance rather than a sudden impulse: the ability to stay the course, stick with what they've started, and finish the job long after the early enthusiasm has worn off.
The strength of the fixed modality is reliability and persistence. This is the person you can count on precisely because they won't change their mind halfway through. Its weakness is inflexibility. The same persistence that helps finish the job makes it harder to admit in time that a plan needs changing or a habit needs another look.
If you have many planets in fixed signs, you probably recognize yourself as the one who turns other people's beginnings into results, and the one who's hard to budge once a decision is made.
